Ok, ok… so I agree if you keep a record of what you are doing it will help. Enough already… damn voices in my head won’t leave me alone.

 

Monday

Breakfast – Weight Control Oatmeal, PoM/OJ mix

Lunch = Bowl of Vegetable Chili with crackers

Dinner – Turkey, Beans w/ almonds, Cranberry Sauce

 

Exercise – None

 

Tuesday

Breakfast – Weight Control Oatmeal, PoM/OJ mix

Lunch = Seared Ahi, Beefsteak Tomato Salad with Blue Cheese, Salmon and Vegetables

Dinner – Turkey, Cranberry Sauce, Chocolate Cookie (1 damn it… it’s ok!)

 

Exercise – 50 Sit ups, 60 minutes on the treadmill (4.4 miles and 550 calories burned)
